Tuscan Herb Rub (Italian / Mediterranean)

Makes about ½ cup
Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons dried basil
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
• 1 tablespoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Method

  1. Crush rosemary slightly in a mortar and pestle.
  2. Mix all herbs and spices together.
  3. Rub gently between your hands to release natural oils.
  4. Store in an airtight jar.
    Delicious over: Focaccia with olive oil, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables.
