Combining two beloved Sunnah foods: milk and dates.

Ingredients

1 cup milk

3–4 dates, pitted

¼ tsp cardamom

1 tsp honey (optional)

Ice cubes

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Adjust sweetness if needed.

Serve chilled.
