Makes about ½ cup
Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
Method
Mix all ingredients well and store airtight.
Must-have for: Seafood boils, grilled corn, Cajun chicken.

Ingredients
500 g shrimp/prawns, cleaned
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice ½ lemon
Fresh parsley
Cajun spice
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp black pepper
Salt
Method
Toss shrimp in Cajun spice.
Heat butter + oil in pan.
Cook shrimp 2–3 min per side.
Add garlic last minute.
Finish with lemon + parsley.
Serve with: rice, flatbread, or salad.
